      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: après évaluation de tous les critères d"adjudication conformément au cahier des charges (critères de qualité et de prix), le soumissionnaire vainqueur a obtenu le nombre maximum de points par rapport aux autres offres. L’offre du soumissionnaire gagnant a convaincu surtout dans les points suivants: la qualification et l" expérience du soumissionnaire ainsi que la compréhension du mandat et de la stratégie de coopération suisse pour 2018-2021.

      Indication des voies de recours: attribution d"un mandat selon chapitre 3 de l"Ordonnance sur les marchés publics (OMP) — sans droit de recours.
